Digital Services & Subscriptions

HOD Media primarily provides digital services (marketing campaigns, designs, ecommerce platform access). These are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping.

• Ecommerce platform access is activated immediately after successful payment (typically within minutes). Your store URL and login details are sent to your registered email.
• Marketing campaign deliverables (ad creatives, campaign setup) are delivered as per the timeline of your selected plan (e.g. 2-day trial, 7-day weekly, 30-day monthly).
• Design and creative files are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.

Service Activation Timeline

• Ecommerce store setup: instant to a few minutes after payment
• Meta Ads campaign launch: within 1–2 business days of receiving required materials
• Creative/design delivery: as per agreed project timeline

For Merchant Stores

If you operate a store on our platform, you are responsible for setting and fulfilling your own shipping/delivery policies to your customers. The shipping settings in your store dashboard let you configure zones and rates.
