What do I pay after the first year?＋
Just the ordinary yearly plan — ₹2,499/year at today's launch price, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. The ₹5,999 is a first-year price because it includes the setup work and your domain; it is never charged again. You renew your domain directly with the registrar, or we can do it for you at cost.
Is 48 hours realistic?＋
Yes, as long as we have your brief, your product photos and the payment. The clock starts when the last of those arrives, and runs over working days. If you send 500 products instead of 50, we will tell you honestly what it will take before we start.
Who owns the domain and the store?＋
You do. The domain is registered in your name with your details, and the store is your account — you get the login, and we hand it over completely at training. Nothing is held hostage.
Can I make changes myself afterwards?＋
Yes — it is the same drag-and-drop dashboard every HOD Media merchant uses. Change themes, add products, run discounts. The training call is specifically so that you can.
What if I already have a domain?＋
Even better — we point it at your new store instead of buying one, and the price stays the same.
Do I have to use this plan?＋
No. If you would rather build it yourself, start free for 3 months and pay ₹2,499/year afterwards. This plan is for people who would rather hand the whole job over.
What if I am not happy with the store?＋
We keep revising the design until you sign it off at the training call — that is included, not an extra. Refunds follow our published refund policy.
