No. Everything is drag-and-drop — pick a theme, add products, and you're live, and HOD AI can do much of the typing for you in Hindi, English or Hinglish. If you would rather not touch it at all, our team can do it for you: Complete Store Setup (₹5,999) builds the whole store, and Business Booster (₹9,999) builds it and advertises it for 50 days.

HOD AI is included in every store: a ₹100 welcome credit for your first 14 days, 30 free HOD AI answers every day and 20 free shopper-assistant answers a day on your store. Every change it proposes is shown to you first. Want more? Credit packs: 100 credits ₹99, 500 credits ₹499, 2,000 credits ₹1,999 (1 credit ≈ ₹1). Store + AI (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year) is for heavy AI use: it adds 200 AI credits every month on top of the free answers, so you can keep working when the free ones pause, with stronger models, HD voice replies and AI product photos available from those credits.

Not at signup. Your first 3 months are free with no card, and when they end you choose monthly or yearly in Dashboard → Billing. Store + AI works differently: you create your free store first, then add Store + AI from Dashboard → Billing, and it is paid from the day you add it. There are no free months on the AI plan, and the days left on your free Store plan do not carry over — Billing shows you this before you pay. AI credit packs are paid only if and when you buy one.

No. HOD Media takes 0% commission and no per-order fee. Your own payment gateway charges its standard rate; you keep the rest.

Yes. The Monthly plan cancels anytime and stops future billing. The Yearly plan is billed once for the full year. If a plan ends, your store pauses safely — your products, orders and customers are kept, and you can renew anytime to go live again.
