Can HOD-AI add and update my products?

No. HOD-AI works on an approve-before-apply rule: every change it wants to make — a product, a price, a discount, a shipment, a page, a theme edit or a reminder — is shown to you as a proposal first, and nothing is saved until you press approve. Is HOD-AI live, or is it coming soon?
It is live. HOD-AI has been running in HOD Media store dashboards since 20 September 2026, with its catalogue, discount, shipping, page, theme and cart-recovery actions and its store questions all available today. New abilities are added over time and appear in the dashboard when they ship.
Will HOD-AI change my store without asking me?

Each action is charged by what it actually used: a shopper's question answered is about 0.03 credits, a typed copilot action about 0.15, a spoken one about 0.3, and an AI product photo about 5.3. The 200 monthly credits cover hundreds of everyday actions.
Do I get any AI on the Store plan without AI?
Yes, a little. Every HOD store gets the in-app page guides free, plus up to 12 free AI-written answers an hour in HOD-AI and 20 a day on its store chat, used before any credits. Actions that change your store — adding products, shipping orders, building pages — come with the Store + AI plan.
