Integration questions, answered
Do I need my own courier account to ship?
No. HOD Shipping works out of the box with flat all-India rates from ₹50/500g — no courier account, no minimums. If you already have a Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shipmozo or other aggregator account, connect it and keep your own rates.
Does HOD Media take commission on payments?
No. You connect your own Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU account, so settlements go directly from the gateway to your bank. Your gateway charges its standard rate; HOD adds 0%.
Are these integrations extra-cost apps?
No. Payments, couriers, ad pixels and WhatsApp/email automation are all included in the store plan. The only usage-priced service is HOD Ecom marketplace sync at ₹1/order.
