Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Design, Branding)

  • Marketing service fees cover the work performed (campaign setup, design, management) and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Advertising spend (ad budget) paid to Meta/Facebook is controlled by the platform and is non-refundable by HOD Media.
  • If we have not started work on your order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment by contacting hello@hodmedia.in.
  • For monthly retainer services, you may cancel future renewals at any time; the current period is non-refundable.

Ecommerce Platform Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plan (₹299): You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; the current month is non-refundable.
  • Yearly Plan (₹2,499): Billed once for the year. If you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid year; annual fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the platform and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us at hello@hodmedia.in to discuss a pro-rated refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email hello@hodmedia.in or message us on WhatsApp (+91 85302 62601) with your account details and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via our payment partners (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree).
