Shiprocket Checkout and store credit

Shiprocket Checkout (optional)

• Dashboard → Settings → Payments → Shiprocket tab
• Paste the API key, secret and company ID that Shiprocket's checkout team gives you, then give Shiprocket the catalogue links shown on the card
• It is a different product from Shiprocket shipping — courier accounts stay under Settings → Shipping

Store credit

• Switch it on under Settings → Shipping → Returns, with an optional validity and restocking %
• Refund an order as store credit instead of money; the customer sees the balance in their account and spends it at checkout
• Add or deduct credit by hand from the customer's page
