Couriers you can connect

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Shipping → Couriers and connect the courier accounts you already have. Then book from any order page: compare rates across your connected couriers, ship, print the label and track.
Couriers with a direct connection
- Shiprocket (orders can be sent automatically), Delhivery One, Velocity, Shipmozo, NimbusPost, ShipPrime, Shadowfax, FShip, ParcelX, iCarry, Sharkship and DTDC
- ShippingXpress and ParcelHub: the order is sent to them and you paste the AWB they give you back on the order
- Shipday for same-city driver dispatch; EasyPost and Veeqo for shipping abroad
No courier account?
HOD Shipping books prepaid orders with no account of your own — you pay from your wallet at live courier rates. COD orders go through your own courier account.
Local couriers and courier panels
- Any other courier: on the order page, choose the courier and type its AWB — the customer's tracking page follows it
- Shree Tirupati Courier: add your Tirupati login under Settings → Marketplace & connectors → Local courier tracking, and dockets are matched to orders and tracked automatically
- Courier panels that import WooCommerce orders (Delhivery One, Shiprocket, ShipPrime, ShipUncle and others) can pull your orders: switch it on under Settings → Shipping → Order sync
- To hide product names from couriers, use Settings → Shipping → Box & labels
