Connect a custom domain with free SSL

You can connect your own domain (e.g. yourbrand.in) to your HOD Media store at no extra cost.

Steps

• Open Dashboard → Settings → Domains
• Add your domain and copy the DNS records shown
• Add those records at your domain registrar
• We verify and issue a free SSL certificate automatically

SSL renews automatically — you never have to think about it.

Remove a domain and add it again

• Removing a domain also removes its web setup and SSL certificate from HOD. Your store will not open on that address until you add it again
• Open Dashboard → Settings → Domains and add the domain again
• Copy the DNS records shown. Keep them set at your domain registrar
• When the DNS check passes, HOD issues a new free SSL certificate automatically
